Tender watercress, selected baby greens, sweet red onions, grape tomatoes, ripe avocado and hearts of palm,
drizzled with our extra-virgin olive oil vinaigrette.

Chateaubriand Pampas
Prime filet mignon fresh roasted with herbs, seasonings and dry red wine. 
Sliced and served with its gravy, sautéed wild mushrooms and grilled asparagus.

Fresh Roasted Farm Raised Turkey
Stuffed with limes and oranges and marinated with beer and fresh herbs. 
Served with a drizzle of homemade gravy and apples.

Chef’s Stuffed Organic Chicken Breast
Stuffed with ham, fontina cheese and roasted red peppers and slow roasted with
fresh herbs and lemon juice.  Served with lemon oven potatoes and roasted vegetables.  

Grilled Fresh Salmon with Jumbo Shrimps
Grilled to perfection and served with roasted rosemary
lemon potatoes and grilled seasonal vegetables.

Pampas Vegetarian Plate
Fresh jumbo asparagus au gratin served alongside grilled imported provolone
cheese topped with pitted black olives, roasted red peppers and oregano.
